Shipping Policy

We understand that you are entrusting your animal companion's well being in our hands, and we want more than anything to get your Spirit Essences to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS per your specifications.  All International orders are shipped via USPS only, per your specifications.  Please note that the day your package is shipped is when the time frame of your shipping specifications begin, NOT the day you place your order.  Orders are shipped from our facility within 2-3 business days of placement.   Depending on staff and product availability, we may be able to accommodate for same or next day shipping.  Please call the office 310-316-6618 to see if this can be arranged for your needs.  We will let you know promptly if there are issues with backordered essences which might delay your order.

Please note special shipping time frames for all products being shipped directly from the manufacturer. These would include:  kitty holsters, cat furniture, and other specialized items.

Also be aware that during heavy traffic times like the winter holidays, these deliveries may take longer than expected. Also, International orders are subject to longer delivery times due to possible customs delays.

Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order, we will gladly accept it back for a refund of the purchase price, or put your purchase towards an exchange, if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.  The refund/exchange amount will not include shipping, and you are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Once we have received the product, we will credit your account. Please package returns with the same care as we send them to you - broken returns will not be honored. Refunds and exchanges are valid for thirty days from purchase, and apply only to unopened bottles with the safety seal still intact.  Unfortunately, due to the vibrational nature of flower essences, we will not offer refunds or exchanges on any opened product.    Please call us at (310) 316-6618 or mail us at: info@spiritessences.com before shipping for return/exchange final approval.
